Staining and Finishing Entrance front

Today started with staining the entrance door and large window-box dark. I chose this to get a real contrast to the color of the façade.
Instead of the usual “golden doorknob” I used buttons (already bought them some time again for that purpose even if not for this house )
Keeps the door in style, or not?

Next step: Brickwork

I bought this fake bricks at Arnhem, Netherlands, and they’re easy to handle.
Wood glue and a sharp knife are all the tools needed.
And the result looks good.
Gluing on the inside frame around the door and the entrance front is almost finished.
Inserting the window panels into the window-box (or however you like to call it ) and the sliding door to the living room and after drying of the glue put all parts of the fronts together: Front panel & terrace.
