Maybe if necessary You can ad a dusty touch by spraying thin liquid paint on the walls and furniture. BUT test it first on samples! For my own part I have been working on Sherlock Holmes 221b siting room. then on another place of th sherlockian saga. Using Dr Watson descriptions (!) and films sets. Excuse my english...
